Absolute garbage customer service. Ordered a rain sheet and was told it would be in on the upcoming Thursday and that they would call us. It's now a day short of a week late and we had to go with somebody else since they still won't have it in for at least another day. Now they aren't willing to refund despite having failed to met their own stated deadline by a week with no updates or customer service at all. Store credit is for returns and other possible no fault issues not for a company failing to serve their customers but refusing to take accountability. Lost a customer on their first transaction. No way I'll spend today's hard earned money with such a disreputable group. All decisions were made by the store manager so this wasn't an attendant...

Anyone who says that there is bad service or problems with staff or the owner really need to reevaluate themselves lol.
