Great customer service, delicious food. Only thing is, I’m most certain the strawberry pie gave me food poisoning. I ordered 8 pc chicken nuggets and 2 strawberry pies. my friend and I split the chicken nuggets so we had 4 each. My friend took a tiny bite out of her strawberry pie and didn’t really like it so I ate both of them. She says she feels fine though. But it’s very important to store pies safely as foodborne bacteria can grow easily in pies. There was some sort of cream in the strawberry pie (most likely contains milk and possibly eggs), so keeping a pie with those ingredients in room temperature could cause bacteria to grow in the pie rapidly. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a takeout order through the app, and it showed up two hours late. The food was ice cold, my slushie was missing, and the entire $35 order was completely inedible.

When I contacted the store, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I was told someone would follow up with me the next day—no one ever did. No apology, no solution, no accountability. Just blatant disregard for their own mistakes and their paying customers.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this location at all costs. If this is how they treat their customers, they don’t deserve your money...

I had a strange experience while ordering with my girlfriend. The cashier stared at her in an unsettling and creepy way, with wide eyes and a blank expression for an unusually long time.
