I order my food from the Subway on Kathleen at least 3 times a week. Usually I never have an issue. For the last month in a half to 2 months I have had several issues. I order Canadian club on white with white cheese double or triple toasted with green peppers a little bit of lettuce and hot peppers. Lately the service is rude, will not toast my sub the way I want it, give the person I send to pick it up a hard time and the sub is not what I want or ordered. Tonight (November 13, 2024) i sent a friend to order and pick up my food. The service lady was rude, kept forgetting what my frie d said, said she toasted my sub 3 tines when I know it was only toasted once and for some unknown reason added mayonnaise. I do not eat mayonnaise on anything I order. So my friend went back down to return the sub and have it remade. The worker refused to take it back, had another worker (who wasnt present the first time my friend went ) lie and say he asked for mayonnaise, also asked the girl if she had toasted the sub 3 times which again ( wasn't even present the first time my friend went) had her lie and say she saw her toast it three times. My friend asked to speak with the manager and/or the owner and they refused to give him a way of contacting anyone. Finally they made me a new sub. Really though to have to go through all of that to have a sub is it really worth it when there are so many i⁸other restaurants available with service ppl who are professional a d actually care if the customer is happy when they walk away. It makes me very sad that subway on Kathleen. Is allowing this type of service continue to disrespect their loyal customers and9 tarnish their reputation. We'll it was good while jt lasted. So...

Food is generally great when made properly. The only complaint I have is that everything is shoved in the middle of the sub instead of on each side as to ensure the distribution of produce and meat are equal along the whole sub. Lately I’ve been getting subs that have everything placed in the middle which makes it a pretty bad experience. Please train the staff to put a sub together properly. Read moreThe worker was smug. Customers kept having to repeat themselves because she wasn't listening or doesn't understand English well. We went over my bread choice 4 times, had to tell her twice what kind of bread, 3 or 4 times what kind of subs. More repetition for veggies and toasting too. Not to mention the food is overpriced and pretty bland.
