Sub World — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

We ordered three subs at 2am to be delivered, they finally showed up minutes before the restaurant closed and they had completely forgotten meat on two of our subs. We called to complain and were told to throw them out and they gave us a credit for replacements plus free delivery.. We tried to order the subs today and not only did the lady working the phone barely speak english she kept laughing well she was speaking to us, told us she had to put her boss on the phone and then hung up and wouldn't answer until we called from a different number and again kept laughing and interrupting well we were trying to explain. We spoke to another english speaking staff member that said they would handle it and the manager who apologised and said they would have to track down the employee and would get back to us. After forty five minutes the manager finally told us he believes us and they'd take care of the order.. Which they still hadn't even began to make. It's now been an hour and a half so we called the restaurant back and were told the food is ready but takeout taxi hasn't shown up yet and we should call them. Called the manager again and he told us they use takeout taxi for deliveries on the weekends and he would sort it out. I called takeout taxi to find out they called the order in at 9:08 pm, 53 minutes after the manager telling us he would have our order made. In total, we have waited two and a half hours for two replacement subs because they didn't want to fix the issue last night when it happened. I strongly recommend never wasting your money...

I’ll admit, the food is awesome, but the service (delivery specifically) sucks. I called at 9pm to order a pizza. At 10pm I called to check on it because I live right down the street and was told it would be there in 5-10 mins. I asked if it was already made because if not I would just cancel it, he said they had just made it and it’s on it’s way out the door. At 11pm I called again and he said the driver was on the way, I said “I don’t want a pizza that’s been made an hour ago, plus the person it’s for fell asleep”. He rambled on and I couldn’t understand what he was saying, but I said I no longer wanted it and to tell the driver (who was supposedly on the way) not to come to the door because someone was sleeping. At 11:30pm I get a call from the driver saying he’s at my place with the delivery. I was not offered a credit or to get this delivery for free. I wasn’t even given an apology. I think that’s the worst service I’ve ever gotten anywhere in my entire life. If you do order make sure to...

I literally have never ordered from this place before. I just tried, gave him my phone number. He told me he cannot deliver to me because "the last delivery I called for I wasn't home". I said excuse me? I've never ordered, or ate your food before. Tells me, no sorry we cannot make an order for this phone number. I said um, ok what about my husband's phone number? He says ok let's try that. Enters it and says ok we can deliver. Like are you a bunch of mental people? Now I guess we will never try your food. Unreal. I just hung up. You can't fix stupid.
