After trying to to order online as there was a coupon stating “ buy one with a drink get the second free” the online was not taking payments. We decided to go in and order as we still wanted subway. We made our two sandwiches and picked a drink and then explained how the payment was failing on their end. The guy at the counter confirmed the site was down and it was in their end…. He then stated that the online was down so we had to pay full price? Instead of honouring the coupon! He said there was no button for the discount (lie) and that he couldn’t put the code in. I’ve worked at many small food chains and know how easy it is to give a discount. I then replied saying, just don’t punch one sub in? He thought about it then the rude lady beside him jumped in saying full price or nothing, we said never mind. then our fully wrapped subs were thrown away. What kinda of costumer service is this? Read moreI've never had a bad experience at any of the Sudbury Subways, but the 1133 Notre Dame Ave became my preferred one. I went today and had a worker named Purnoor help me and she made it my best subway experience. She was polite, efficient and so accommodating. I also noticed how clean and fresh the vegetables looked. She checked if the toasted level was good and how the vegetables looked, I've never had a worker ask that. I also noticed the other worker slicing fresh meat on a really clean slicer. It's nice seeing people actually care, so I'm leaving this...
Read moreThis particular subway is a diamond in the rough. I work very close and go here often, however, when I go to any other subway, the food quality changes big time. To make it even better, the staff pay close attention to my order and remember my preferences and what I like. They even call me by name. There are really no other Subways in town that even come remotely close to the quality of food, quality of service, and just the all around good vibes this restaurant puts off.
