I went today & ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich, on a plain bagel, with bacon & I asked if it could be buttered. It came to $4.84 at the window. I gave $5.50 to include a tip. She gave me a bagel with a napkin & I left. I get into my driveway & open it & it’s a plain buttered bagel for $5.50. Beyond frustrating. My choice is to either take the loss or go back & ask for it to be corrected. I decided to drive all the way back based on principle alone. Now Im not getting out, Im 9 1/2 months pregnant, Im starving, I go back through the drive thru, it’s the exact same girl that JUST took my order. I explain the situation, she tells me to pull up, I show the same girl at the window my plain bagel, cut in half & opened, in the wrapper. She apologized. Another girl comes to the window all accusatory, “do you even still have the bagel?”, I show her it in the wrapper all open, she reaches for it BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO INSPECT IT, as if I enjoy wasting my gas to lie about my order being wrong. I told her, “ITS CUT IN HALF, breakfast sandwiches are not cut in half, I did not take the filling out.” Which is what she was inspecting it for. Absolutely ridiculous to treat a customer like this. Not to mention, I drive back across town to sort a mistake your staff make & at the VERY least, you dont even allow the guest to keep the $1 bagel???? I would like the owner to reach out to me because this is atrocious customer service & your staff need to be trained better. Read moreI take no pleasure in leaving negative feedback, but my experience on Tuesday evening, November 26, at 6:43 PM was beyond unacceptable. The staff demonstrated absolutely no customer service skills. Upon entering, I saw three female employees behind the counter. Despite there being no other customers in line, I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence.
When one of them finally approached, I placed an order for four items. I received my coffee and donuts and waited another 7 minutes for my tea biscuit to be toasted and buttered. The female employee who prepared it threw it down in front of me without a word and turned and walked away without so much as making eye contact.
There is no excuse for treating paying customers with such disrespect. If you're looking for decent service, I strongly suggest going anywhere else.
Management: I urge you to invest time in training your employees to display even the most basic level of respect and professionalism. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I explained to the person that it was to be just a sandwich no combo, they clarified they will fix it. I get to the window to pay and I was asked what I wanted in my coffee. I stated that their was no coffee and just the 2 sandwiches and 1 drink, no combos. They lady then changed it. So before I paid, I asked to make sure it was just the 2 sandwiches and 1 large hot chocolate, rudely saying that I didn't want the hot chocolate. So I reiterated for the 3rd time of what my order was. The whole time the person at the window was rude, never apologized or nothing.
