Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Hi timms I am a retired tim baker of 25 years and was wanted a dozen donuts having company I wanted 3 blueberry fritters on the dozen for my guests I could not get them because I was told I would have to buy them separately only one in a box of donuts why not just add the 69 cents to the box of donuts I already have after all they are frozen take only a few mintues to bake if a minute tp glaze and a few seconds to fill them with filling really Tims you want customerd to buy a six pack for more money what happened to having a satisfied customer I already had a dozen just add the difference unsatisfied ...

If i could leave no star I would. I did order from mobile pick up as I was on my way to work and yes they were busy but I shouldn’t been got an attitude from the staff. One staff passed my food aggressively as well… They seemed very annoyed with fact that i ordered from mobile for pick up….I never experienced that when I ordered from mobile for pick up in different location and they were always prepared and had it all ready and never got annoyed with it. If you don’t like people ordering from mobile to pick up maybe should get rid of it. Or wonder if it has todo with race too.. either way.. Just...

Great place to get a coffee , always made wrong, yiu pay for something and and get served with God knows what , plus wonderful customer service makes you feel like you begged for your food instead of paying , had to dump the cofee down , calibrating the machine would be a wise idea , atleaset try to give people what they pay for dudes and a lesson on customer service would be amazing , learn from the tim Hortons at val caron ,how they make it work, treat people , would give negative starts if could , don't play with...
