I'm very happy that I'm able to rate this location independent from Topper's as a franchise because I really like Topper's. We placed a "Timed" order before noon for a 5pm pickup (order# - 27030422) in order to coincide with picking our toddler (who has a 7pm bedtime) from daycare. I mention the times because we had a 2hr window and the staff wasted almost half of it because your order in/out system is clearly broken. When we arrived just before 5, we paid for the order and gave the name for pickup (Adrianna). We realized (only afterwards) that we watched our order get handed to another customer who had a different name, and a different order altogether. I can say this with certainty because 10-15mins later, they repeatedly called out an order for "Clint" until another waiting customer informed the staff-member that "the lady who was here earlier, was picking up for Clint". She was met with a "Oh, ya?". Again, our order was for Adrianna (which I guess sort of sounds like Clint). This order also had half of the items that our order had. At this point, we put the pieces together but it wasn't apparent that your staff had. We had already paid for the order and kept getting told that our order was "coming soon" or "not much longer". We were never given the opportunity to cancel our order, which if we had known they were planning on cooking our order from scratch, we would have done as we had time constraints. At no point was there any ownership or acknowledgement of the mistake nor was there any offer for any kind of compensation (which is too late now). While waiting, we also saw that we were not an isolated incident. Pizzas went unclaimed for nearly 10 minutes while customers waited in the restaurant, other customers showed up for their "timed pickup" online orders only to be told "there was nothing in the system". It was almost getting funny... Long story short, your staff blew our Valentine's Day evening plans because apparently your system of relying on cross referencing order numbers and customer names isn't working. Read moreLove toppers , although I had a very sad experience here. I was visiting up north to see family for Christmas time. This little girl walks into the store by herself couldn't be older than 10 years old with makeup smeared all over her face, and dressed in clothes much to big for her. I have a son who is 11 and I would never let him walk around by himself like that. Let alone she came to try and buy a heart shaped pizza for her family. She dropped a bunch of change on the counter and asked the cashier is this enough for the heart pizza. The cashier said no I've told you many times this isn't enough , you have to go back home and ask for more. Now I don't know the situation 100%, if this is a regular thing or not. But it honestly broke my heart, the little girl gathered up her change and began to walk home. I stopped her and told her I would buy the pizza for her. She was so excited she jumped up and down thanking me, she began to make conversation with my girlfriend and I. We waited there for our pizza and then hers and she began to walk home, walking down one street, then back and down another I couldn't help but this she was lost. As we were in a hurry to get back on the road that was the last time we seen her. But I still don't feel right about it to this day. I hope that this situation becomes resolved better than it was. If the family needs support I hope they get it, and I hope the toppers employees understand how hurt I was to see them tell the little girl no. All she wanted was a $7 pizza and I don't think that's a lot to ask when she had plenty of change to offer...

I recently visited Topper’s Pizza , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the pizza was subpar, and what stood out even more was the service, particularly from a staff member named Mustaffa.
Mustaffa's attitude was unwelcoming, and he seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. When I asked about the menu or requested recommendations, he responded dismissively. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired.
