I frequent this location often as I live close by, grabbing something before work during the week or before an outing on the weekends. At the beginning the mobile order pick ups were a struggle, a noticed more so when they moved the pick up spot to the end by the bathrooms. Sometimes they'd still leave it where the old spot was or they wouldn't pay attention to the mobile orders coming out so it wouldn't be made and they would be serving evrryone in line first meanwhile I had ordered 10 mins prior to that. I brought up my concerns and frustration a couple times during those moments which I recieved an apology for but since then everything seems to go smoothly. I order ahead like I usually do and most of time its ready when I get there. Sometimes I wait when they're very busy but its understandable. They see me and greet me with a smile and a how are you, and try to get it out to me as soon as possible. And if Raj is there she's always ontop to get my order out to me quickly always asking me how I am in the process. I appreciate the hard work and cleanliness of this location. It has definitely improved. Sad to see other locations maybe...
Read moreFast service. Great place for quick snack. Edited: we were coming to this location every Saturday and Sunday with my wife and a baby for a breakfast. Until last week when I decided to order and try the classic potato wedges and after I asked the lady for one she said: "what's a classic potato wedges?" I said "I don't know, it's the item from your menu" after what she said "sir, let's not be rude here!" and start asking her colleagues what could that be.... Then she just turned around and start serving another customer?! Luckily another (adequate) employee came over to finish up my order and prevent the escalation of that problem. So it is still a nice place but that older lady who works there needs to be teached how to treat customers and what the customer service is... I hope the Tim Hortons is reading my review and will respond to it. Until then, it's a 1 star for this location and I'll let all my friends and neighbors know to stay away...
Read moreIs there a Tim Hortons policy that you can’t sit there for past 30 minutes even if you have purchased an item, albeit a smaller item (chocolate donut)? I was asked to leave today as I stayed past an hour. There were 0 other customers at the store, I was there with a student and we were studying/ tutoring together. We caused zero disruption to the store or the employees, did not loiter, and purchased an item as well. When I refused to leave, I was informed they have the right to call the cops. If there is a rule of minimum threshold of purchase, I’m happy to honour that. I’m just a little unaware about a 30 minute maximum allowed time inside a coffee shop such as Tim Hortons. I tutor at Starbucks as well and have had 0 issues there. Please educate me if I am missing...
