FINAL UPDATE: Called the number I was instructed to in the comment from owner and was reimbursed another order of the same as below. The pizza was cooked much better and the garlic cheese bread was also cooked without being burnt. I appreciate the effort from New Orleans Pizza to make things right and will consider them the next time I am looking to order pizza in town. UPDATE: After e-mailing the e-mail in the comment from the owner I have yet to get a reply after 2+ weeks of waiting… ORIGINAL POST: Ordered a pizza yesterday and what I got was raw dough with not all the toppings I asked for and burnt garlic cheese bread. I ordered online and wanted pepperoni on half the pizza and some veggies on the whole pizza. Also asked for it thin crust and well done. Well it was not thin crust, was missing the pepperoni and filled with grease/completely uncooked in the middle of the pizza. The garlic cheese bread on the other hand was well done to the point where it was black on the bottom. The staff inside seemed to be more occupied with gossiping to each other than actually working and making a good pizza. Might have to make the drive to Acton the next time we want a pizza since this isn’t the first time we’ve gotten a sub par pizza from here.

Our first experience with Vegan pizzas at the Shelburne location and instantly fell in love with them and since then at every visit we devoured them. While driving on 7 we knew of this location and immediately ordered two vegan large pizzas, one vegan pepperoni and the other vegan Garden Pesto (our fav). The inside very clean, the service quick. The pizzas were ready within a few minutes of arrival and could not wait even the 20 minutes drive home. The Vegan Pepperoni was on the mark. Enough Cheeze, fairly good quantity of pepperoni, the crust just as I remembered. (5/5) The other box Garden Pesto - turned out to be not vegan. I was so disappointed. I don’t understand what happened and where the miscommunication happened. When we arrived we did say that we are here to pick up the vegan pizzas ordered over the phone. Not a complete washout. At least the rest of non vegans ate and vegans with a frown.

I recently dined at New Orleans Pizza in Rockwood, ontario and it was an outstanding experience. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cozy, welcoming ambiance. Their Meat lover and canadian pizza was a standout. The balance of flavors was incredible, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. If you're in ontario and craving delicious pizza, New orleans Pizza is definitely worth a visit!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I feel like it’s warranted for this case.

Background - I live in the country and this place was a staple and closer than other pizza places. I would blindly order from them whenever it was convenient to do so. I would easily spend $50+ per order, and order a few times per year. However, now this has changed.

On April 6 (Sunday) after a long day out of the house, I decided to order a few pizzas for my family. I placed the order online. When the pizza came home, it was well done although I selected the default, regular cooking time. The cheese was brown - not slightly brown, brown and hard, nothing like what I usually order. The thin crust was very thin and hard - just not what I expected.

We complained, they asked to return it - due to the distance and the fact we had guests over, I denied this option. They said instead to come in with a video of the pizza and show the manager.

I went in to the store, on Monday, after a workday and was told I should have came earlier because the manager left. I replied that it is a workday and expecting a customer to stroll in on a Monday morning for a refund is not the most realistic solution to this issue. I showed them the videos and was told that is their normal pizza look they go for - which is weird because it is clearly well done. After the cook spoke to the manager, we got a 50% refund, about $25 dollars cash.

The worst part of it all is the lack of accountability. The customer...

I have been going here for years and years. Since I was a kid and now I’m 28 and it’s always been my favourite! Never ever had any issues UNTIL tonight.

I drove from Milton to Rockwood just for the pizza. And specifically asked for no meat on one of the pizzas I ordered. Said I was a vegetarian. Drove all the way back home to find out they put bacon on it. Was not impressed at all considering that was supposed to be my dinner. On the other pizza I ordered I asked for extra cheese and didn’t get the extra cheese on it. I noticed the young people working there didn’t seem to take things too seriously either. I also ordered 2 salads, one with meat and one without. And they burnt the bacon that was suppose to go in one of the salads. So they ended up re-making it. Which was good, but still part of my point of them not really paying attention. If I didn’t live so far away I would of drove back, but too far. I still love the pizza and will still continue to come back but tonight was a complete waste of my time and money. I also gave a 10% tip. Which I now...
