Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Halifax

Placed an order online. Order took longer than typical, they were busy, fair enough! Got my order after about half an hour, drove 20 mins home: they didn’t give me my Italian bread, they gave me their cinnamon bread. Annoying, but we called and they said to come back. Drive another 20 mins. This time the store is empty so business is not an excuse anymore. We ask for our actual order, the Italian bread. The lady who served us first (the manager) is there again and gives us a box and tells us to keep the cinnamon bread. She refuses to refund us the price of the Italian bread despite the travel distance and it being THEIR mistake. Fine. Another 20 mins drive home. Guess we shouldn’t have expected them to get it right, we should have checked the box because AGAIN: it was a NEW cinnamon bread. At this point, we drove back just out of principle. They were apologetic but hesitant to give us a refund, first only trying to refund part of the order (despite originally telling us a refund was not possible). Actually insane level of abhorrent...

I ordered from Little Caesars on Parkland Drive through Uber Eats, and the experience was fantastic! I got the Cheese Pizza and the Italian Cheese Bread, and both items were absolutely delicious.

The cheese pizza was hot, cheesy, and had that perfect crust – soft on the inside with a little crisp on the edges. Just the way I like it! Simple, classic, and super satisfying.

The Italian Cheese Bread totally hit the spot – warm, buttery, and loaded with garlic and melted cheese. It was packed with flavor and made the perfect companion to the pizza.

My order arrived quickly and was still fresh and hot, thanks to great packaging and fast delivery through Uber Eats. You can really count on this location for consistent quality and taste.

Ordered for my little guys bday party. Was missing food. After calling soon as I got home I was expected to drive back there about a total 40 mins of travel or call the manager on Monday. Upon talking to the manager after the fact, I was told it was my fault I should have checked the food before I left. Well I ordered for a party of 8 plus my spouse and I, I had a ton of boxes you want me to open all the boxes on the counter in your 5 x 5 store with a line up. WHAT A JOKE, how about you have your employees package orders properly, it's not that hard really. I then asked the manager for his name that I was going to escalate the issue with head office and he was belligerent and rude and would not provide me his name.
