Service today was really, really bad. The line was out the door and took forever. Okay, not a problem, it’s really busy. But when I finally got inside the store, all three of the employees were leaning and talking to each other about Taylor Swift tour tickets. The guy taking orders was on FaceTime with another person, and stepped away from my friend while taking her order to talk on FaceTime. I am nothing but empathetic towards food service employees as I worked at Starbucks, but I know as a barista that if I had a line out the door, I would be working as hard as I could to get people in and out. Go here all the time whenever I want a quick drink to pick me up on campus. The staff is always so kind and patient, and help you through your order if you are confused (usually the case with me). They are also very quick with the order and it's almost immediately ready. The location is also very neat and clean. There isn't a lot of sitting space at the location itself, but there are still a couple of small tables and chair benches. Ambiance and decor is also very pretty! Will continue coming back...
