I was in town for other business and thought I would see what sort of Thai food Hamilton had to offer afterwards. This one was a little out of the way from where I was but it gave me a good vibe. The interior is exactly what I look for in a restaurant, clean, comfy but not fancy, this is usually a good sign that all the effort goes into your meal instead. It is a newer restaurant and I was informed not all the items on the menu are always available, this is fine for me as I love all Thai food but may be something to consider if you're expecting lots of options. I ordered the butterfly peaflower juice and pad kaprow. The butterfly pea juice was much better than I expected, a very unique taste and lovely color. As you can see in the picture, the serving size of the pad kaprow was very large, you definitely get your money's worth. The color's were bright, the taste was fresh and very authentic, nothing overpowering and she even got my spice level perfect without asking, I've been told in Thailand they can tell this by looking at your face, well they definitely know how to do that here. I will certainly return next time I am in the area, and you should consider trying it as well, you will not be disappointed!

Coming here for lunch today, I truly was not expecting to come out so touched and genuinely shocked at how delicious the food was. This Thai food ranked to me 10 times higher than all of the best Thai places I’ve been to in freshness, flavour, and portion sizes. We had the Thai iced tea, which was so refreshing and decadent, pairing perfectly with our ‘baby spicy’ food. We got the pad kra pow and the pad thai with shrimp, both dishes bursting with flavour. My friend and I were truly stunned. Pad Thai typically is a little bit too sweet or peanuty for me, yet this dish was so well balanced and flavoured to a science. The environment was very beautiful and cozy, transporting us out of Canada in our head. Truly the star of the show is the very kind owner. Moon was so sweet and genuine, and I wish her all the success in the future as she is truly cooking food with so much heart in it. Honestly, her hospitality felt like she personally invited us to her house, with her food being so fresh and delicious as well. This is the next best gem Hamilton has to offer.

Edited to add: I've been back, and can recommend this place even more. My other go-to dish to test a restaurant is Pad Kra Pao (holy basil-pork stir-fry), and ThaiDelish knocked this one out of the park, too. Spicy, sweet, salty, and the sublime flavour of wilted holy basil. Fantastic. Authentic, tasty food in a down to earth environment. I always ‘christen’ a new Thai restaurant by ordering a green curry, because that was the first dish I ever ordered on my first of numerous trips to Thailand. Most Canadian Thai restaurants neutralize the curry and make it safe and more palatable for unaware diners (still good, but not sublime): ThaiDelish, to my immense delight, does not, and this was one of if not the best green curry I’ve had away from Thailand. It was that good, spicy and just the right oiliness and thickness. My wife had the paneng curry, also excellent, and we enjoyed two of their unique Thai beverages, the Roselle and butterfly pea juices. All recommended, and we will be back.

I don't have words to express how delicious the food was.

My wife and I love the dynamic flavours of Thai food, and just wanted something decent to hit the spot, but Thai Delish blew us away and is legitimately the best Thai cuisine we've ever had.

The flavours were balanced perfectly between sour, sweet and spicy. We couldn't believe how delicious it was. Everything was cooked perfectly and the customer service was fantastic, she was sweet and patient on the phone and very warm and inviting when we picked up.

We had a decent-sized order and it was ready in 25mins. A+ experience, I couldn't possibly have better things to say. I hope they do well and stay open because we plan on ordering from them at least once a month from now on.

One suggestion. If you can handle Chili's and a decent amount of heat, get the Thai level spice, it brings out the flavours and is a way more enjoyable experience. Your head might sweat a bit, but we found it to be the perfect heat. Spicy but not deadly or...
