I went through drive through first of all. She asked me my order 4 times and then once I got to the window, she asked me what my order was again and then my bagels or like they were cross contaminated because my everything bagel with herb and garlic didn't taste like an everything, bagel with herb and garlic. Your staff has no idea what they're doing, and they're working through in drive through not a smart idea . And if the owner is going to leave me a website to go to and complain, don't even bother because it leads back to the Tim. Hortons app if you are being serious about taking complaints, you leave a phone number and a name of who we can call and complain to. Read moreThis Tim Hortons has some of the friendliest, hard working staff in Hamilton. Some may complain about the wait but they have limited staff as it is a small location. Also, there is a pandemic right now, if you want coffee without waiting on someone, make it at home. The staff is always willing to fix an incorrect order and are apologetic for the mistakes they make (customer service workers are human, humans make mistakes) I love the change to sleeves for environmental protection. Sleeves are made of recycled material and can be re-recycled unlike the cups. This location is one of my favourites to visit. Most complaints about this location are minuscule issues that do not occur often or regular customer service complaints from bitter/unhappy customers.
