Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

Rude, rude, rude! I understand working fast food isn't always sunshine and rainbows, especially at a college but I'm always "greeted" with attitude and cut off with "is that everything?" before I can even finish my order.

Last week I was waiting for my coffee after I received my donut and waived one of the workers down after noticing they were serving customers who came after me. I received a "what the hell are you still here for?". I responded that I'm waiting for my coffee still and was told "you have to remind me dude, I have a million things on the go here." I didn't realise this was my responsibility.

During that same order while waiting for my coffee; the same lady who told me that I need to remind her to make my coffee screams across the auditorium at another student claiming he stole his coffee. Another cashier told her that he did in fact pay and the student wasn't even met with an apology.

I can understand someone having a bad day but it's like this everytime I go here. I've worked retail and food service before and know it sucks but that is what you signed up for. Grow up and at least act like you...

Easily the worst Tim's i have ever been in my entore extistence and I've seen BAAAD Tim's restaurants. As a mohawk student it's litterally faster to ,drive to grays road or fruitland and walk in, order, get your coffee etc, drive back, find parking, park, and walk back to class. As opposed to standing in a 4 foot long line at this Tim's and your order is almost to be guaranteed wrong. Plus you get attitude so...

By far the absolute worst Tim Horton's ever!!!! I have had to use it for 2 years now at Mohawk and they are constantly unable to fulfill orders because they are out of stock. This morning I ordered a Bagel belt meal with Bacon and a Medium Double Double, plain bagel with butter for 6,77. Did not butter my bagel and they informed me after the fact that they had no hashbrowns.......
