Bliss Gelato — Restaurant in Hamilton

I recently visited Bliss Gelato and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The blood orange gelato I tried was hands down one of the best flavors I have ever tasted. The tangy and refreshing flavor of the blood orange was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. It was a burst of citrusy goodness in every spoonful.

The gelato itself was incredibly creamy and smooth, with a velvety texture that just melted in my mouth. The serving size was generous and the presentation was impeccable. The vibrant orange color of the gelato was so appealing and inviting.

The staff at Bliss Gelato were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The shop itself had a cozy and charming ambiance that made my gelato experience even more enjoyable.

Can't express how good this place is. I have been here about 7-8 times in the last 6 months. I have tried more than a few flavors including coconut, Jamaican coconut, pistachio, Ferrero rocher, hazelnut, baci, Nutella, blood orange, mango, watermelon, etc. There are some vegan options as well. All the flavors that I have tried are great but by far my most favorite are baci, Jamaican coconut, Ferrero Roche and pistachio. I usually bring home the small yellow tubs but their waffle cones are great too if you want to have the ice cream there or in your car. The ice creams always taste fresh and refreshing with so much flavor. I like that the owner tries and experiments with unique flavors. He's got great ideas and skill to produce a quality product. The price is reasonable and matches the quality. My only request would be to have this place open a little longer but the timings are catered to the majority so no complaints. I absolutely love the pistachio gelato here it's amazing and packed with flavour. I have tried other pistachio gelato around the city and nothing compares. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only gripe now is that they don't have another location in the west end of Hamilton. Thank you for clarification on the supply issues and different size servings I was clearly making assumptions without the facts. I do have one question though when describing the volume of the double cup compared to the half litre does that account for the fact that the double cup is served above the level of the cup itself compared to the half litre which is leveled off at the rim of the container? Either way keep up the great work the gelato is excellent and don't scrimp on the pistachio paste it's worth the extra cost your pistachio gelato is so much better than...
