Venice Beach Pizzeria's — Restaurant in Hamilton

I discovered this place couple days ago and I love it: I tried the shawarma and their veggie pizza and they both are fantastic! The food is authentic,very delicious and also comes in big portions! I will definitely come back again 🤗

I have changed the rating from 5 stars to only 2 because the food is delicious but the service I got yesterday wasn't what I expected, I usually get served by Mariam she is a sweetheart, she is very helpful and nice however yesterday the other lady was there when I visited with my 2 sons, one is a baby and the other is 4 years old, to begin with ,I had hard time to open the door and get inside with a stroller, my older son like any other kid in his age likes to move and discover things,well he saw that yellow sign they usually put when the floor is wet,my son moved it from its place I told him not to do so again and I was trying to place the order, I was thinking of getting 2 sandwichs and some wings, well.. the lady was upset that my son moved the sign and she was telling him " do not move it, customers do not touch that sign" I obviously didn't like the way she talks to my son and I ordered only the sandwiches instead of what I intended to order... Then my card ( a new one) didn't work so I was telling her I can pay cash she showed that she didn't like that so I told her to give me a minute until I talk to my husband so I figure out what is the issue withy card then she said ok you can pay with cash 😏 I was like... Give me a minute let me figure this out please at that moment she went to do something in the back then when I figured out how to pay I called her and paid for only 2 sandwichs.... Please if you own a business try to be nice to your customers you never know how a person's day was looking like!!! Please spread kindness instead of rudeness you don't need to be rude to a little boy.... Ordered my same order as usual and have been for months as a newer loyal customer. I ordered a chicken shawarma dinner and chicken shawarma salad and of course they take my money before making unsatisfactory food on this occasion. I asked both to have Greek salad/dressing. Anyone making a Greek salad would know it has black olives. Well the one younger women misses black olives on my my order, so's she has to reopen the container. Then I noticed she forgot to add white garlic sauce and hot sauce to my wife's order but didn't forget to put it on mine. So she has to fix that. She didn't like being proven wrong and kept getting red and upset. She blamed me for not paying attention and letting her know while she was preparing it. It's not my job to of your job. You should ask or you should do it right like the order ladies to everytime i order. She isn't the usual one to make my order, but it doesn't matter. It was just that one women in her 40s? She should verify with the customer what they want before you assume and start packing their food up thinking you did a good job. The other older women had to fix her mistakes and take the brunt from me because I was upset that she was giving me attitude. I don't know if I'll order from them again. Terrible customer service!!! I have been before and they made all of the sandwiches wrong. When I called I was told to bring everything back!!! They then remade them bit i had to drive there twice and had to wait another twenty minutes. I just ordered my food now and they didn't send the fries and gravy I ordered.. I call back get the run around they say they sent them and start arguing with me that they sent them. They say they will check with the driver and let me know... 20 minutès later I call back and they start to argue with me again now saying I never ordered them. When I finally get frustrated to the point of saying I will never be back they offer to send the fries. Seriously!!!! All of this over an order of fries I can't believe they nickel and dime so much. They do not care about the customer or order accuracy and when they are clearly wrong they put the blame on the customer. I will NEVER return.
