Husky Restaurant and VLT Lounge — Restaurant in Hamlet of Clairmont

Had breakfast there today place had a few customers not packed. We sat down waited about 5ins for menus, waited another 5 for waitress to come and ask if we even wanted anything to drink, then waited for coffee then we had to wait for creamer. She finally came back after couple more mins, and got our orders, we waited for 45 mins for our food I mean we have eaten here before and never never waited this long. So got our food finally and half way threw we got asked if we wanted a touch up on our coffee..yes please so waited waited and waited waitress kept passing us goin to everyone else but us...well why ask if we wanted touch ups, we finished our food paid and she didn't even thank us or nothing, never had this horrible service had this location. I don't think we will be returning and we have been goin there on and off for 7...

The first time I've not tipped in a very long time, extremely poor service. We sat for over an hour and a half, was not asked if we wanted a high chair or booster for our kids (1&3) so I walked to the other side of the restaurant to get them myself. In the entire visit I recieved one cup of coffee and was not offered a top up until we were getting ready to leave. My wife couldn't eat her beef dip and the entire sandwich left on her plate was not mentioned at all when picked it up. the waiting was absolutely absurd considering our table was right in front of her as she stood outside the kitchen, we were not awkwnowledged at all... very...

The restaurant was great, the retail section was hella suspect and when I complained and asked for the managers number, the owner or the regional managers number they refused to sell me anything and called the cops. I didn't get any info until the cops showed up and finally the owner produced a number but still refused to sell me anything. I won't ever be back and I would warn anyone else from purchasing from the store or random extra charges will show up on your receipt and they will give you hell if...
