Costa Cafe Seafood & Steakhouse — Restaurant in Hamlet of Lac la Biche

My friend and I came in for lunch today. I got the clubhouse with fries and gravy. I noticed a small black hair on my plate and kinda just blew it off but then I found a second hair on my fries. I got the waitress and she took my plate and got it remade. the sandwich was not remade but the fries were. I asked if it would be taken off the bill and she said she could take the fries off. I work in the restaurant industry and when something like this happens we remake the meal or ask them if they wanted something different. Honestly the best restaurant in town! Me and my boyfriend come to this establishment at least once a week and honestly the food is so good. My favourite is the chicken fajita, the lettuce is so crispy and the sauce is totally amazing! My boyfriend loves the burgers and mozzarella fries. You can honestly tell the cooks put their heart and soul into it. The food is amazing but the staff in excellent they make us feel so welcomed and we look forward to seeing all the staff. Steak, chicken and ribs served and cooked to perfection! Everything was so tender and juicy. The vegetables lightly buttered and the baked potato tender and held moisture and soft flaky texture with the sour cream, green onion, and bacon bit toppings. Starter greek salad had the perfect amount of dressing and variety of vegetables all fresh and crisp mingled in the Greek feta and olives. I would definitely come back again for breakfast lunch or dinner!
