Taras Pizza — Restaurant in Hamlet of Lac la Biche

Working out of town. So ordered Delivery. We got two large pizzas (the two for one deal) one cheese, and one Pepperoni Bacon Mushroom. And we ordered 10 pieces of the hot wings. Even though she was nice, It was very hard to communicate with the woman on the phone. The wings were slimy, mushy and sticky. Not very appetizing. Would be better deep fried. And they forgot my sauces. Total came to $57. The pizza should’ve been $29. And the wings were $9 when I looked on there menu. I don’t know how delivery was an extra $17?? (That’s subtracting the tip I gave) Especially since they forgot my sauces. But I wouldn’t know for sure cause I never even got a receipt. So what did I even pay for...

Went here before in October. Wasn’t good then. But since it’s the only pizza joint in town I thought I would give it a second chance. 7 months later its still disappointing. Maybe worse. Wish I got...

Donairs were cheap, however, that's the best I can say.

While I can't comment on the quality of the pizzas or burgers, avoid the donairs and the wings. Many reviews on here claim the donairs to be world defying but I garauntee you they're mediocre at BEST.

I ordered a jumbo (hah) donair and hot wings. While I got the donair reasonably quick, I waited 10 minutes for the wings and my donair was cold by the time I got back home. Not only cold, it was lacking flavour that I would have expected. The cheese was the only good part and that's not saying much.

The wings were hot, a bonus, although that was all they had going for them. Soggy, miserable looking things I doubt actually came from a chicken.

My recommendation? Avoid here and go to Joe's just nearby. A little more expensive, sure, but larger, tastier,...

Two for One pizza is supposed to mean 2 for 1. I paid almost 27$ for two smallest size pizzas. That’s not 2 for 1, that’s we will only allow you to buy two and get more money from you. The pizzas were the exact same as pizza I ordered in Wabasca at Rays Sunshine. (A gas station) They are premade/frozen from a food supply truck. I couldn’t believe a “pizza place” are not making their crust from scratch. Very disappointing.
