Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Hammonds Plains

I ordered 4 large pizzas with 15 can drinks for my colleagues. They recommended this place because someone knew the owner directly I was greeted by the owner at the door and he told me the order will be ready in a few minutes I was like ok fine It literally took him another half an hour even after the fact that i ordered it 2 hrs ago they didn’t even start the order until I walked in I asked the owner for a bag for the dips and drinks and he was like super rude to me saying that we dont have bags not even paper bags u should have brought a paper bag from home Is this the right way of customer service after spending $100 of dollars. Ordered 3 pizzas, 1 garlic fingers and 4 donair egg rolls. When we got home the pizzas were covered in sauce after requesting for light sauce. Which we get for every pizza we order. When we called we were told we didn't request light sauce and when I informed them we did like every other order the man said I asked 3 times. I have never heard of any pizza shop asking if you want light sauce. This indicates to me that he does not want too own up to his mistakes. We will not be going back and do NOT recommend...

Terrible ordering experience. Ordered 2 pizza promotion online. Only got 1 and was charged an exorbitant price for a medium works pizza. They had no record of the other pizza. Never order online, you never know what you're getting.Pizza was overcooked and didn't taste well at all.
