I probably had one of my worst Tim Hortons experience at this location. The restaurant was fully staffed, yet they were struggling to serve the 4-5 customers that were there in a timely manner. One or two of their employees were just standing there while the other 4-5 were working to make orders and 1-2 were taking orders at the counter. When I finally got to order, I had a feeling the guy serving me was going to mess up my 2-drink order because I had to repeat myself. I ordered an iced capp with milk instead of cream plus a shot of espresso, and a large decaf with two milk. It took an incredibly long amount of time to receive my order. When my order got served, it was written 2M ES on my decaf lid. I verbally confirmed that the espresso shot had been put in the iced capp, NOT the decaf. The guy confirmed. I then also checked that the cream in the iced capp had been replaced with milk. He asserted verbatim āyes, milk in both drinksā. I thanked him and left. When I took a sip of my decaf, I realized that there was no milk in it. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars on āFoodā instead of one is because my spouseās order (the iced capp) was correct.
