The service here is abysmal. I took a friend for her birthday. There was no one at the door or recognition by any of the, staff passing by of our existence. The hostess when she showed had only been working there a month.
The carpet it seems had not been vacuumed for about the same period of time.
The on tap list had no imports. I asked for the only name I did not recognise. It turned out to be a cider. We had to ask a, second time for water. The meal arrived prior to the condiments.
About half way through the meal the waiter disappeared. We finished the meal, stacked the plates to the side, and waited about 5 minutes. Unable to get a staff members attention the lady, irritated, went for a smoke. When she returned he still hadn't shown up.
Although the girls had not gotten dessert, enough was enough. I told them we would go to MacDonalds for dessert instead. No nerds, much better service.
Once we were standing he showed up. Too little, too late. Needless to say the tip was far from generous.
The food was decent although the "baked cheese" was just melted.
This place needs to hire a manager who knows the industry to go in and kick some butt. This has to be the worst run Boston Pizza it has ever been my misfortune to enter.
I can not say we will be returning.
I would highly recommend anyone else avoid it like the plague.

Read moreTerrible service and very long wait times!! Our food took 45 mins to come out. When it finally did arrive, we were missing 2 out of 6 items that we were told would be right out. We also asked for a spoon which did not come. After 15 minutes of no one checking on us (we were almost done eating the food we had), we "shouted" excuse me to flag our waitress (who was 2 tables away and had been completly ignoring us). We told her we were still missing 2 of our food items. When she brought them out, instead of apologizing for the long wait, she said "please don't snap at me again!". She proceeded not to come back to our table for the rest of the time we were there (which was another 30 mins). No drink refills, no takeout containers, no kids dessert.
