Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Humboldt

Probably put well over a thousand dollars in corporate business in this location the last two years. Used to be great but newer staff starting to nickel and dime causing an a bit of a attitude. Ice caps have lately been well more than an inch from the top. Staff knows how much we put in. Tried to argue it was a "minimum standard" for a nearly 4 dollar drink. Ok, you want to charge 4 bucks for a drink you won't fill? Filling it properly is a "favor"? Ok. Say goodbye to our corporate business then. This is the best tims ever ✅ UPDATE: not sure what’s happened in the last few months. The food is terrible now, use to be absolutely amazing. Its often my coffee tastes terrible. I know ex employees who are complaining about management hiring foreigners for increased profits. Its a real shame to see such a great timmies turn into nothing better than the garbage served everywhere else in major cities. To the owner, your profits and quota are not what its all about, if there was another timmies within 50km i would Avoid this place now. Ok, So foods good let's start off with that. In a pinch I'd stop there any day! Cleanliness is also on par, service is kinda sketchy. Not knocking certain people but if you can't speak or understand fluent English then you need to work on that. I can't repeat something 4 times and be pleasant about it. Not short tempered by no means but that is hard on a guys nerves. The atmosphere is kinda gloomy. Seems kinda gloomy and more senior citizen aimed which is alright pick up nd go but Canadian tire is right there, people waiting on vehicles need a place to hang out and wait, better business for them right!?
