Subway — Restaurant in Indian Head

Stopped in to pick-up a rice bowl, unfortunately it cost just shy of $16. and my bowl was less that 1/2 filled. I was charged for extra meat, which the server ask if I wanted and after seeing the 8 bite-sized piece that were in the bowl, I agreed to, to which he charged me $2.00. Then he added next to no rice. I asked if that was all he was putting in, as I have had rice bowls before and there was definitely more rice than was being offered in this bowl. He added 3/4 of a scoop of rice to which he charged me $1.85. The total cost being $15.80 and my bowl was less than 1/2 full. Shame on you I will go back to stopping in at the...

Very disappointed with this location. I bought two veggie and one turkey sandwich — all were made with old bread and stale vegetables. Totally not fresh. The customer service was also very poor. I initially bought a Pepsi, then immediately changed my mind and asked to cancel it. The girl at the front was rude and told me she couldn’t cancel the drink, and argued with me instead of helping. Very dissatisfied overall. Not going back.if your staff is unexperienced there is no point to put them there & its about old bread...

When I walked in the subway, I looked around and saw dead bugs and a very dirty floor covered with mud. When I start to Oder my sandwich i look and see flys flying around my food. I didn’t think much of it because I was already mid way making my sandwich. I got my sandwich and went to go sit down and i look to my left and see dead bugs near the window. It honestly was the most disgusting lunch I’ve ever had. I was very surprised how this store still was up and running, unbelievable.
