We stopped in this location as we picked up our load just across the road & thought ; oh , how convenient ! We are vegetarians & so I ordered 2 farmer’s wrap breakfast meals with the beyond meat sausage . I was told they wouldn’t have any for 2 more weeks even though the sign above advertised it . For 2 meals we would need 4 hash browns ; 2 to make it a combo each , the other 2 for inside the wraps . I was told they had only 1 hash brown . I was not offered a substitute of any kind . The price of our meal was not adjusted . I was not offered a sincere apology and nobody seemed embarrassed . When I went to tap my Tim’s reward card I was told it wouldnt be operational for another 2 weeks here . At this point I was wondering why they were open . Oh & and our standard beverage choice ; dark roast coffee with 2 cream tasted nothing like it . Of all the franchises we visit while on the road we find Tim’s staff to be always the most imcompetent and most poorly trained . Tim Horton’s as a whole is quite the joke & this location is off to a very poor start ... appears as if it is going to follow in the footsteps of the plentitude Of other subpar Tim Horton’s across the land . When we head south for the winter I can honestly say Tim’s is not one of the Canadian things we will miss . For anyone wondering why we have tried so hard to continue supporting them - they do have the most convenient locations in smaller communities accessible to us pulling Super Bs...

Read more5 times now I've been to Tim Hortons in Indian Head and for the most part, they were alright. The last time however, will be the last time. An employee at the 24hr drivethru (Samantha was her name) was so flustered when I asked for an "Iced Mocha Latte" (the drink I order every time, with no issues) and she started asking me all sorts of questions about it as if she didn't know what it was.
When we finally finished with the questions, we pulled up and she handed me Iced Coffees. I told her that's not what I ordered, she said that is what I ordered, I said no, I've been here 4 times previously and have always gotten the drink I ordered, I never ordered a plain "Iced Coffee". She got frustrated, handed me the Iced Coffees anyways and closed the window. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, clearly she was already upset, so I decided to take the Iced Coffee anyways. I waited for a straw however, she then came back to window, asked what I wanted, I asked for a straw and she said "what, you don't care about the lives of the turtles?", gave me the straw and walked away.
Would be a 1 star, if my previous experiences...
