I had very upsetting service today at this location. Because of COVID-19 they were only allowing 5 people in the store at a time (which I understand) but the sign on the door said âplease come inâ and there was no one monitoring the door or explaining to customers what was going on. My boyfriend and I walked in the door and were immediately screamed at by one of the employees for coming in, where he (I believe his name was Tylor) stated âyou are just going to have to waitâ. We were confused because there was no one telling us what to do or where to go. While we were waiting for our order we witnessed the same employee yelling at and being very aggressive with multiple customers. He yelled at them for coming in the store, yelled at them to sanitize their hands, and yelled at them for standing âtoo closeâ. As I said, while we completely understand the current climate and precautions, we feel that as paying customers we still deserve to have a pleasant experience. We felt like being a customer was a burden to them and the employees felt like they were doing us a favour by serving us.    Read moreMy family owns a home at Fh, and I come and vist with my young child. As covid is still an issue, I had my child wait outside with my Mother to limit the people entering, and proceeded in the shop. The woman greeting was lovely and kind, but it went downhill from there. I ordered a cup of ice for my child, with my tea. The gentleman at the counter was rude and dismissive (until some of his beautiful peers entered the store then he was as sweet as pie.) I waited for my tea. The cup of ice wasnt with the tea I had ordered, so again I stood politely...maybe they are getting it? I followed up with one of the barista women who said loudly as to try and shame me that 'next time I would have to get in line again (outside the store)' if I needed the cup of ice I had originally ordered. I didn't expect someone to give such attitude over such a small thing, as I asked very politely, and I order effiecntly.I worked as a bartender for a decade, and I would have never reacted like this. Dissapointed for this service at FH.

   Read moreErin, at the cashier was very rude. I have ordered 2 Honey Almond Flat White & have asked her to reload my Starbucks card for $50 before charging my drinks. She scanned my card for my drinks & told me I didnât have enough money on my card. I told her that I need to reload first. She gave me an attitude as she had to cancel the transaction & redo it again. She took the $50 bill from me & then gave me the change. I told her again that I need to reload my card with $50 first before charging the drinks from my card. She threw the pen on the counter & said I didnât tell her that as she has already ringed in the transaction. I told her that she was just not listening. Her colleague came over helping her to cancel the transaction and reloaded my card.
