Cora déjeuners et dîners — Restaurant in Joliette

I quickly remembered why I havent been in a Cora for years when I sat down and looked at menu. (I wanted to look at the menu before going there to make sure they had something decent and I forgot)

I tried to order an omelette with no tomatoes, it's impossible here. The mix for omelets are made before hand so that means it could be made the same morning which I doubt or a day or days before which is more likely. Incredible, the only thing that looked good to me.

I would have taken the burito thing but it has beans. I would have taken a wrap but its not wrapped in bread, its wrapped in a crepe, no thanks! 🤮

I ordered 3 eggs, with ham and toats. The toats were burned, if I was a waitress, I would never bring burned toast to a customer. The ham was ok but nothing special but the potatoes were horrible. They are fried and very hard. The eggs and the water were the only things that were good to me.

Would I come back? Maybe in another...

Very good service!!! Polite and respectful staff! We were greeted with a smile! We had french toast and fruit which was delicious! The fruit salad had pineapple, strawberries, banana, honeydew, blueberries. We also had strawberry pancakes. Our dishes were delicious for a reasonable price. We loved the hot chocolate! J’ai adoré le service de l’hôtesse en semaine ! wow quel accueil son approche douce et très chaleureuse!

Par contre, l’employé qui nous a servi la serveuse d’âgé d’environ 50 ans avec des lunettes très arrogante et condescendante… j’ai demandé à la serveuse un « Louis l’indécis » Elle m’a demandé comment je voulais mes œufs je lui ai demandé poliment si ça se faisait en bénédictine? Elle m’a répondue très sec d’un ton condescendant «c’est quoi le rapport?? » et m’a expliqué qu’est ce qu’était un œuf bénédictine …Ayoye « je savais c’était quoi »moi tous se que je voulais savoir c’est si ça se faisait de remplacer mes œufs par ça …… elle parlait fort et j’ai détestée son approche ….. je n’y retourne plus car me faire servir par une personne qui me juge et être pront comme ça malheureusement, ça gâché mon moment ! J’ai travaillé longtemps au service à clientèle et on répond pas comment ça à ses clients.
