McDonald's — Restaurant in Kapuskasing

I would like to congratulate one of your employees, unfortunately, I did not get her name. She served us breakfast on Sunday, March 16 and she was visually impaired. We are hockey parents, who have traveled to a lot of cities and eaten in a number of McDonalds, but the service we received from her was EXCELLENT. We did not use the drive thru because the previous day it was too slow and I am glad. This girl was polite, and extremely helpful. She tried to run our order through in different ways to save us money, she told us of the deal if we wanted to try the new maple pie but could get two for a better price.and she gave us her honest opinion of items that she had tried. Was debating to use the self checkout so I got infront of the cashier only to see him talking to the cook. I was standing there for a good 2 min then he finally took my order I asked for a big Mac combo with a poutine in-place for the fries then ordered a junior chicken and he repeated the order to me has the big Mac, poutine and junior I said and the drink for the combo he said ok drink so he charged me for everything as it's self without making it a combo so ended up paying almost 4$ more since I checked later with the machine has the order so of course he didn't know what he was doing. Not my first bad experience at this location on a $60 order. the cashier who placed my order couldn't hear anything anyone was saying. Between the ice machine for the cold coffee and a team member screaming at the backend. It was impossible. They forgot an entire meal when they served me. Which was the first item I asked for. Wasn't even on the receipt. After 20 minutes from ordering to leaving the restaurant. Even my daughter said "wow thats bad customer service!" She is 10 years old.I have learned to always check my order before leaving the parking lot. When opening the order at home I was supposed to have a blt quarter pounder but it had chicken instead of beef inside. I wish I could attach the photos. Very horrible...
