Topper's Pizza — Kapuskasing — Restaurant in Kapuskasing

There's employees here that are known to tamper with the food. They were caught emptying and shaking their boot onto a pizza, cooking it, packaging it & selling it. The manager did nothing to these employees, excused and enabled the behavior. Will never order from this toppers ever again, Chez Lizette forever Edit: not sure why toppers edited their response but they first responded by saying the footage was sent to the regional manager. Hopefully this manager actually did something considering the manager here did absolutely nothing. This will be reported to the porcupine health unit. I assume toppers changed their response to my review because their response had confirmed one of their employees did in fact tamper with the food by shaking their boot all over the pizza that's on the prep table where they prep other pizzas, then continue to also contaminate the oven. You aren't even supposed to pick up anything you dropped on the ground while prepping food because of how disgusting that is. One of your employees EMPTIED THEIR STINKY BOOTS ON YOUR CUSTOMERS PIZZA. I ordered through the app. The app said the order was ready, i got there around 10 min after it said the order was ready. When I got there, one of the pizzas was ready and the topper sticks were in the oven. The second pizza wasn’t even started yet. Around 4 pizzas came out before my second pizza was ready. It was supposed to be pepperoni and bacon but there was maybe one slice of bacon on the entire pizza. My order was finally ready 35 minutes after the app said it was ready(50 minutes total). Also it said it was ready 5 minutes after the estimated time to be ready. The first pizza that was now cold was actually still good so there’s that. Toppers used to be good and consistent. Not so...

It’s a shame that I had to give one star because there is not a lower rating. I ordered couple times here in Kapuskasing and it was the my second order they did it wrong. That time I didn’t say anything because I thought everyone makes mistakes and first time is whatever. But, they made the another bigger mistake totally different from what I order then when they brought the right one after I let them know, the right one this time was only in ingredients because in quality was very bad because was way undercooked, maybe it was in a rush.
