We came for breakfast. My husband wanted to order the Egg BLT but simply wanted to swap the ciabatta bun for a regular bun. Simple. We have done this without issue at other locations but we were told by this cashier we can't do that. Some long winded explanation about how the computer won't let him. The cashier INSISTED we had to spend $1.50 more to buy the original sunny start, but then make a bunch of changes to it. But it was too early in the morning to argue so we just did it his way. But here's the funny part, after paying for it, he turned around to staff and called it out, "Make the ciabatra BLT but switch buns." After he just told us it can't be done!!!
I ordered the jalapeños breakfast ciabatta and didn't taste jalapeños at all!! I had to hunt for them to see they actually were on my sandwich. There were tiny speck which you couldn't taste under the overwhelming taste of onions. This sandwich should NOT be called jalapeños breakfast ciabatta but rather ONION breakfast ciabatta.

Read moreDisappointing Experience with Store In-Charge's Behavior
I visited the Triple O's location at Kelowna Adam's Road, yesterday and was left feeling extremely disappointed and disheartened by the behavior of the store in-charge. While I have always enjoyed the food and service at Triple O's, the conduct of the person in charge yesterday (april 18) was completely unacceptable.
The store in-charge displayed racist behavior, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of my background or identity. Unfortunately, this was not the case yesterday.
I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary actions to address this issue. I would like to see more inclusivity and diversity training for staff to ensure that all customers feel welcome and...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru and I’m not sure I saw what I saw but I also don’t understand why anyones un-lidded drink would need to be lifted to an employees mouth. I don’t want to assume someone would spit in peoples drinks but the whole thing was very odd. I thought I saw it out of the corner of my eye when they were filling my drink (looked like he took a sip out of it or something) but then afterwards I watched inside as I waited for my food and noticed the same employee do the same thing to a pop beverage for someone else in line behind me. I was working and didn’t have time to stop longer but I didn’t end up eating what was purchased because it made me uncomfortable. Very odd behaviour and thing to witness and it seemed to be a joke to...
