I tend to try not to post negative reviews and focus more on the positive side of things. With that said, I am unable to do that for this location. And I sincerely apologize for how pessimistic or judgy this review might be, this is just how much of a negative experience visiting this location was...
Bathrooms were disgusting.... Service was horrible, the ladies and gent behind the counter basically ignored myself and the other customers for a solid few minutes, while they talked to one another in their language. Manners such as "hi" or "have a good day" or even a friendly demeanor and smile.... they certainly didn't exist with these employees. When I went to order, they walked away and started (again) talking to their pals behind the counter in their language. Again...lack of manners. The sandwhich I ordered was disgusting and I tossed it. The turkey was room temp warm (not from being toasted as I didn't get it toasted)and had gross fat on it. I was so fed up with the employees rudeness that I didn't bother going back in to ask for a new one.
Judging from other reviews of this location, my interactions with this location hit the nail on the head. Get your act together! Pretty sad how customer service and work ethic are almost non-existent with certain people working at Tim Hortons these days.
Rather than leaving a reply on this review telling me to contact customer service, please use that time to tell your employees to get their act together and pay attention to ensuring proper refrigeration of deli meats. Leaving a generic reply means nothing....thank you.

   Read moreI went to get a breakfast sandwich, the lady made a mistake on my order I asked for a English muffin sausage, no egg, than I hear the other lady say no cheese, I asked for it toasted extra. I corrected her said yes cheese, She said ya ya ya, started talking in her language to the other girl. When I received a biscuit I took it back said I can't eat the biscuit, she snapped at me said you ordered it. I ask her to please fix the order, she argued, I told her I no longer want the food I want my money back. And maybe someone else to take my order with customer service. I work in the restaurant industry, that was unacceptable. When I asked her name she said I don't have one. I waited for my money she was mad and dropped it on the floor. I had my phone in my hand, she accused me of taking pictures was yelling at me refusing to give my money back, telling me to show her my phone privacy, I refused, I'm not taking pictures nor scrolling my pictures to show to get my money back as she requested. I don't think she has a right to hold a customers money. This is the worst experience I had in my life. I am so disappointed that people are allowed to treat customers like that. Who do you complain to when I think the manager came gave me my money and said get out of here.    Read moreI have given this location my business for over a year and it has been inconsistent but lately it has seemed to become worse. Today my chicken wrap came wet, over-packed with (slow cooked) chicken, drippy, and torn in multiple places. I was in the drive-thru and they gave me no napkins to clean up with.
I asked for a large oat milk latte and they gave me a cup filled with cream (dairy) and what looked to be only one shot of espresso. I am lactose intolerant and cream makes me sick. My chicken wrap is inedible, it looks disgusting and it is falling apart and getting all over the place and I have no napkins to clean myself up with. Additionally, the crispy chicken is constantly rubbery and hard to chew. Like it was prepared early and left out all day.
Overall I have had bad experiences with terrible communication and service at this location. They are usually short, and unfriendly. Your drive through workers regularly hold our the card terminal while looking in the other direction and never say a word when giving you the food. I have found it stressful to get food from...
