Even despite the pandemic, Randy has kept the A&W open for take out at the drive through. For a while we were able to dine in and appreciate the newly renovated interior, which is very nice. The burgers, fries and onion rings are all delicious, we having ordered takeout there earlier this week. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, like the owner and it is a real pleasure to go there. Today was just a coffee run yet the staff were cheerful, friendly and prompt. Nice to go to a place where you are remembered and appreciated. For their extra efforts to stay open in these trying times and still be terrific people, I give a rare 5 stars. Update December 2021: A&W continues to amaze with their service. New furnishings, a new coffee bar service and more effective plexiglass shields between tables. After boycotting this establishment for 3 months due to all food being cold or marginally warm, I decided to give it another try only to get the same thing! Hamburgers must be made days in advance as there was no warmth in any of the three patties on my Grandpa burger and the burger itself lacked flavour other than the condiments. The onion rings were cool and falling apart with most of the coating remaining in the bag. The only thing that was cold because it’s supposed to be was the Root Beer that was good! Actually the worst a and w experience I've ever had. The Nashville hot chicken burger had a tiny splash of hot sauce in the middle and that's it which is not the way it is advertised. I had to ask for more sauce and it honestly just tasted like their seasoning salt mixed with chili and oil, it wasn't even hot just super salty.

Yam fries undercooked and chewy.

Sirloin uncle burger had a smaller than normal patty, extremely greasy but bad flavour and dry buns.
