Disappointing Experience at Popeyes Nobleton Location
Dear Popeyes Team,
I wanted to share my recent experience at the Popeyes location in Nobleton. Popeyes has always been a special treat for our family, and we rarely indulge ourselves with a visit. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on Thursday, November 2nd, around 6 pm, left us quite disappointed.
The main issue we encountered was the quality of the food. The chips served with our meal were stale and soggy, and it seemed like the spicy chicken had been sitting around for an extended period, which significantly affected its taste and texture. We had ordered the 12-piece family meal, and the only redeeming aspects of the meal were the coleslaw and the biscuits. While it was nice to receive two extra pieces of chicken, I couldn't help but feel that they were provided to clear out older chicken stock.
I understand that fast food restaurants aim to serve their customers quickly, but I believe that waiting a bit longer for freshly prepared fries and chicken would have been a preferable alternative to the disappointing meal we received. In other restaurants, we don't mind waiting 15 minutes for freshly cooked Chinese food or pizza to order, as the quality and freshness are worth the wait.
It saddens me to say that this will be the last time my family and I visit the Popeyes location in Nobleton. We were excited to have a Popeyes nearby, but this recent experience has left us disheartened. We hope that this feedback can help improve the overall quality and customer experience at your Nobleton location.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we hope that future customers will enjoy a more satisfying Popeyes experience at...

Absolutely horrible experience at this Popeyes location. My boyfriend ordered a regular chicken sandwich, and it took 20 minutes just to get one sandwich. We didn’t think much of it until we got home and he took his first bite and almost broke a tooth. There was something hard, black, and deep-fried inside. We had no idea what it was, and honestly, it was scary.
He went back to the restaurant to show them what he bit into, and the employee refused to even look at it. He had to call over the manager, who started making every excuse possible, saying it was “cartilage from the factory.” Even if that were true, it’s their responsibility to check what kind of meat they’re serving before handing it to customers. Anyone preparing food should know how to separate boneless pieces from ones with bone or cartilage before breading and frying.
The manager then offered to replace the sandwich with a deluxe version, but he just wanted the regular one done properly. After waiting again, they switched the offer to fries and a drink instead. He asked for onion rings instead of fries, and she said it would take four minutes to prepare, then stood there saying nothing and never made them.
Overall, this location has zero customer service, no accountability, and no care for food safety. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any...
