I have been coming to this location for years and they typically have wonderful service, however my fiancé and I were helped in the drive thru yesterday by an older woman named "Julie" and we were shocked with the treatment we received. Our order was taken without any issue, and we were having a wonderful day before this encounter. Upon pulling up to the window, we were scowled at, and told our total in a tone I could only explain as "the way you speak to someone when you're incredibly frustrated with them". I upheld my typical bubbly personality, and said "it'll be on debit!" and gave her a smile, to which I was almost tossed the machine, and given an eye roll. The woman took the machine back and I thanked her, but again was met with an unpleasant look and the window was slammed without another word. The remainder of our encounter was no different, I was handed my 2 drinks and my small pack of timbits in complete silence. Our order was not complicated or large, and I was nothing but friendly through the entire process of placing and receiving our order, but I was treated as if I was a disrespectful hassle. I have never encountered such a low level of customer service from any food worker, at any establishment. Although this experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, I still give this location 3 stars, because their other staff tend to be wonderful. They definitely deserve some sort of recognition for dealing with this level of negative energy in the workplace, and still being able to bring a happy and upbeat attitude to their customers. That is the reason you are getting this review ⭐⭐sir. Today, on Sunday April 6th, during giving my order, I told you that you should not bother people soon as they walk in! Let the service happen.4:30 p.m review is voluntary. The South Asian male a young man with reading glasses, was seen asking people for reviews just when they got in. He was not even serving us at the cashier desk, he just came started asking a gentleman for it. Please 'do not destroy' our work culture and our hospitality culture.

The staff is extremely slow at night... During the day they bombard you at the window with 2 staff passing stuff out so your order is always incorrect or certain things are missing on your food. You order double toasted because this location does not no how to toast anything and your lucky if you even get it a little warm. Cookies are always rock hard. The building it self looks really nice. Almost like a chalet at a ski resort... But its by far the worst location for service and staff. Doesnt matter what time of day you go there...
