Closed when we arrived but owner said come in anyway and made pourovers for us! Try that after hours at your Corporate Coffee chain!! Ha!

Red Lantern is a gem, a classic local coffee shop with a laid back atmosphere that invites you to relax and hang out.

Kingsville has the corporate behemoth's, like everywhere else, but Kingsville has something those places will never offer: soul.

And yes, if coffee mixed with xyz is your thing, they'll whip it up for you.

This is a coffee shop that doesn't just serve you coffee. They use coffee to build relationships and grow a family. I have been getting coffee through Craig and his team since they started and I have always been blown away at their hospitality and genuine care. I feel like I'm coming home when I walk through those doors. This is the way coffee shops used to be before corporations made them cold and soulless. I had a great iced americano here. It's nice to be given a glass for an iced drink. It tastes better.

The baristas here were friendly and polite, and made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

The atmosphere here was nice. The music was interesting and just the right volume. It didn't interfere with our conversation. The lighting wasn't overly bright and lent to the calming vibe. Seating was plentiful, but spaced properly for private conversation.
