Horrible/embarrassing experience tonight for myself and my family. We arrived and ordered our subs proceeded to the veggies selection and then was informed there was no lettuce after much confusin from staff determining weather there was or not. Proceeded to pay and redeem my offers from my subway app then was told they didn't know how so basically I was just beat.. what ever I told them I wanted to pay debit I have no clue what they did or didn't press but none of my methods of payment would work the store was filling up so they just shrugged there Shoulders and kept walking away from me instead of trying to re punch it in and start from beginning or trying something different, they basically told me to go to the bank machine next door .. Prices have gone crazy. Subway decided amongst themselves to add more cheese and charge more for it. They charge for a bag and we ate in, bag was garbage. White Italian bread was stale and rock solid after it was toasted.
We paid 42$ for 2 subs and a so called value meal (combo: chips and pop) on the combo note . I always thought bottles drinks we more than fountain. I guess we were wrong on that too. Unfortunately we will not be back, a few years back this was a 4 star from us. It has now been changed to a 1 star.
The parking lot also has gigantic pot holes that could seriously damage an already expensive vehicle

Recently bought two subs. I was bugged to buy more. The amount of topping I have to order extra meat. Owner seems really pushy. I thought the franchise provides the supplies. Why do I have to order extra just to get a normally packed sub an not a flat bread sandwich. Oh and I ordered two orders they didn't even want to give me my second order. After I already paid for it.
