The donuts and food are usually fresh, and as advertised.
The issue is more that service in uneven and inconsistant.
Iāve had great experiences where both the servers and manager were pleasant and considerate⦠eg. when asking questions they answered politely and made good suggestions as to alternatives (ie. Baked goods and meal choices) when they had run out of items.
Recently however, while with my wife, they gave us a hard time, when purchasing gift cards, (both server and manager) kept telling is what to do when they hadnāt prepared anything yet. ie. āPay for it by tapping on the machine!ā They kept insisting and rudely directing us to do so, when we repeatedly told them thereās nothing on the machine to tap⦠they hadnāt entered the amount yet, then after several exchanges between themselves, then they figured it out - no apology, no acknowledgment, they fiddled with the register and finally the amount appeared on the credit card machine. Then they proceeded to do it again, āSwipe your card!ā Same abrupt rude tone, as if trying to make me rush, but again when we had to swipe on the machine, my wife had to tell them, ā⦠thereās nothing on the machine,ā perhaps there was a delay on the machine, but they should know their machine, instead of saying again, āYou have to pay first!ā Then when it came upā¦. I said to them, āI want to use the cards you have in your hands.ā Which we had given to them earlier to charge up.
Initially there were just two girlfriends next in line, quiet and normal⦠who also budded in to the new 2nd cash that just opened as we were waiting⦠āhad to remind them to be courteous of customers ahead of them (as thereās only one line) next time, and we still let them in before us as they were already there at the second cash.
The staff were indifferent to what was happening as they didnāt (know how to?) direct any of us waiting (one customer being served, ourselves next in line, then the two girlfriends).
The general lack of customer service, making is feel like they were begrudgingly doing us, the customers, a favour, literally left a bad taste in our mouths.
Please train and supervise your staff betterā¦. all we are asking is to be given general courtesy and basic respect when communicating. Hopefully it was just one of those days, possibly they were certain staff, else just hired, perhaps needing more guidance or hadnāt passed probation...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I usually stop here only once in a blue moon because it's always packed but when I do it's in the 8am through 12: 00am range and today at 10:45 or 10:50 p.m. I pulled up I saw a car in the parking lot I saw a car at the drive-thru so I thought it was open the lights were on everything was on it looked like so I pulled up to the speaker I waited because I saw a car was just there they pulled away when I pulled up so I'm like okay they're going to the window perfect. So I waited I said hello no answer I said hello after another 5 minutes no answer I said are you guys open still no answer but the screens are going nothing is saying that it's closed there's no times no nothing anywhere and then I'm like okay let's just go to the window maybe they're having intercom issues pull up to the window I see no one so I'm like oh maybe they're closed I waited a minute and then I'm like nope they're closed I pull up Google pull up the location on Google maps and I said it was closed so it's a bit frustrating that I had to waste a lot of time say about 15 minutes maybe 10 minutes for a store that's closed because they have no information anywhere on their drive through that I could see when it's pitch black but the screen still going showing everything they have. Maybe when they're shut down their screen should show closed not what they're selling or something like whatever and whenever I do actually go there I always ask for double toasted plain bagel and they never double toasted that's why I rarely go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Tim Hortons in Kirkland is very important. Without it, it would be bad. This Tim Hortons is decent so hereās my review.
Pros:
Cons:
All in all a nice Tim Hortons and I will come back.
I would love it if they support our real Quebecois students during the summer months and when they need to rather than the other people.
They need to step up their game for Canada.
For now I will be avoiding this Timās but will pass by if I need to.
God Bless our Real Canadian Tim Hortons.
God Bless the people who make it better and make it Canadian again.
God Bless you all and thank you.
Repent and believe. Jesus...
