Update:- though I had some not good experiences but still I wanted to give it a try. And believe me on this that lately these guys has shown quiet improvements, either it comes to food or service. Mohit and Navjot, both are doing exceptionally well to maintain that place and I will surely appreciate their chef who cooks delicious food there. A little focus needed on cleaning part. So for those who stopped visiting this place. Give it a try as they have really turned over the things. Well as the name signifies, their food is 5 star. Great value for money you spend. Quality and quantity delivered, but they can improve a little on service part by being more attentive to customers. You can surely see what my previous experience was at this place, as mentioned 👆🏻 But seriously my last visit there was just the opposite of previous one or even worse. It seems they applied the strategy to give larger portions when they started new and now they have reduced there portions and sizes significantly. Quality has gone poor as well. Staff really doesn’t care about customer. No professionalism at all. I had never thought I would write such bad a review about this place but they forced me with the kind of experience i had lately. Just take a look at picture of momos. I mean who puts raw onions of top of momos. I asked for onions the same way they used to serve when they newly opened, but nobody cared I guess. Being said all this it was really dreadful to have such a poor experience. Do not waste your money by going there.

Amazing food, but minimal service and the dining area floor was not clean. I stopped here for dinner with two other friends on our way back to Toronto from Stratford. We ordered the fish pakora, tandoori momo and goat curry, along with rice and naan, which altogether was just enough for three people. The dishes all tasted great – especially the fish pakora, which was perfectly fried and very tender inside. The naan had large portions, but the steamed rice’s portion was very small for $5 (not quite enough for two people). I’ve been to many other restaurants in the GTA where you would receive a much larger portion of rice for a similar price. The curry portion was also small. However, it was generous to provide us a complimentary side of cucumber and onion slices. Food aside, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff did not take the time to clean the space and there was food on the floor of our table and a layer of dust on the table. There was not much in terms of service – the staff barely said anything, there were no water refills (we were provided with bottled water), and we were asked to pay at the front, which made it very ambivalent for us when choosing the tipping option. With the good tasting food, if the restaurant pays more attention to the cleanliness of the dining area, it will make for a much better experience!

The dining experience at Panj Tara was nothing short of delightful. We started with their Paneer Tikka appetizer, and it was absolutely divine, earning a solid 4.5 out of 5. For lunch, the Paneer Tikka Masala maintained the high standard set by the appetizer, also receiving a commendable 4.5 out of 5. The Dal Makhani was flavorful, although it fell slightly short at 4 out of 5. The Garlic Naan was a standout, boasting a fluffy texture and a satisfying taste, earning a respectable 4 out of 5. The Laccha Paratha was delicious, adding a delightful crunch to the meal. And not to forget, the Jeera Rice was a perfect accompaniment, providing a burst of flavor with each bite. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service. The owner was incredibly helpful, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was to our liking. Overall, Panj Tara delivered a memorable dining experience with its exceptional food quality and outstanding hospitality, earning my highest recommendation for anyone seeking authentic and delicious Indian cuisine. I went to Panj Taara with my friends and family for the first time. We all loved the food here. The Paneer Tikka Masala Subji was ineffably delicious 🤤 I have been living in GTA for 2 years but I have not tasted food this good. This is just the best restaurants I have tried in a long time now. I am so glad I visited this restaurant. The best things we all found were Paneer Tikka Masala Subji (5 Stars), Garlic Naan and Chilli Naan, Paneer Tikka Appetizer, Crispy Veg and Jeera Rice. We also ordered 4 Samosas. Samosas were good size for $1 each but it could have been more tastier. Also both Green Chutney and Red Chutney with Samosas could have been better. I also found Daal Makhani was not the best. These were my personal preference. Everything else except Samosa and Daal Makhani was the best. I would definitely love to visit Panj Taara restaurant over and over again.

PANJ TAARA Bar & Grill is a fantastic dining spot offering a delightful culinary experience. We recently tried their Chilly Paneer Gravy and Palak Paneer, and they were outstanding. The flavors were rich and satisfying, making every bite a pleasure. To complement our meal, we also had the Sweet Lassi and Mango Lassi, which were incredibly refreshing and added a nice touch to the overall experience. What truly stood out, apart from the delicious food, was the commendable customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant was also lovely, enhancing our dining experience. Overall, PANJ TAARA Bar & Grill is an excellent choice for anyone looking to indulge in flavorful Indian cuisine served with top-notch service.

This place has a specific clay tandoor that you can hardly find anywhere, and because of this, you can get an authentic Indian tandoor taste. If I talk about accessibility, you can get it right after Highway 8. The staff was really good and very helpful, too, for someone who has allergies to so many things. Chicken was well toasted and cooked in the tandoor. We had another veggie curry as well, which was good too. They are serving Cheetah Beer, which I guess is very famous in your generation since it gives you a back-to-home beer feeling. Interior was Ok, when we have good taste who care about taste. Must try their tanoor items....
