I brought my early teen daughter and her friend. They had an absolute blast!! Bring a friend, if they are teenagers! I bought the 90 minute package, and they were disappointed when it was over. I was worried that 90 minutes might be too long, but it certianly wasn't. The zip line was being repaired when we were there, so we couldn't use it. The staff were constantly watching kids as they bounced and climbed; they corrected kids that weren't doing things safely. They were very involved. The required Skyzone socks now cost over $5; save them because you can reuse them! The speaker system dings and announces when your time is up. Kids wear different colours of wrist bands to indicate the time that they have purchased (that is the way it appears to work). The food station needs a bell. The workers were way too overwhelmed and understaffed at the front desk to be able to check the food area very often or respond. They did their absolute best under the circumstances though. We arrived early afternoon on Saturday, and it wasn't as busy as when we left around 2:30 to 3:00. Food and drink: Yes. There are tables and chairs as well. Water bottle filling station: Yes Washrooms: Yes Party Room: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: They had a wheelchair accessible washroom. It didn't appear like any of the activities other than the gaming and claw machines were wheelchair accessible. Older Review: Very clean place! Registration took about 10 minutes for me (waiver done online). They have a waiver signing station separate from the pay station, so you can bipass the waiver station if you did it online. They have lockers available that you have to pay $1 to use each time you open it. Yes, you got that right - not between customers, but each time YOU open it. I didn't realize it until I went back to get my phone out of the locker and realized that it wouldn't lock again with my key without paying another dollar because of the unique way they designed their lockers. I dislike charging for every little thing - flat rates are the best. They have open cubbies available too for non valuables. If you want to bounce and have a locker key at the same time, you can stick the locker key behind the huge sticker that they give you and tape it to your chest. There is no loop of any kind on the key. You have to buy Skyzone socks when you get there for about $2. Know your child's shoe size before you come. Barely any parents bounce here. There are hundreds of kids, but only 5 adults were bouncing and two didn't look likely old enough to be parents. They had a cluster of comfortable leather seats and metal benches to watch your kids right infront of you. They also had food to purchase and tables to sit on to eat. (See my pics.) My 11 year old son got bored of the place after around 30 minutes of bouncing. We left before our hour was up. He said that it was all the same thing to him: bouncing with little variety. In my mind, it seemed to have quite a bit of variety: basketball throwing on a trampoline, an obstacle course, rock climbing above spongy blocks, bouncing on a huge trampoline, lots of small individual trampoline sections, and ball tossing on small trampoline sections. He disagreed. I saw a lot of kids around ages 5-10 - not so many 11-13 year olds. The older kids mostly hung around the basketball nets, which were super busy. They have workers there monitoring the kids constantly.

We attended this evening for my son's birthday party. Booking the party itself was a bit of a chore. I attempted to book online, and after declining the credit card several times, I ended up having to drive all the way out (I live in Waterloo), just to book the party. When I had called and left a message the previous day, I didn't receive a return call. The party manager who helped me though when I booked was friendly and did apologize for their system. I believe a manger (or even owner?) saw me waiting and asked if I needed anything, and even offered me a water...that was a nice touch.

Check-in for our party was quite efficient, and the lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. But when it came time for us to start (at 6:00), they didn't know where our party host was. But our check-in lady said to go see a gentleman at the top of the stairs, as it would be quicker. He very quickly and happily went over the rules with the group, and off the kids went.

Kids did have a blast. There was the ninja course, dodge ball, jousting, basketball, rock climbing and more. No body got hurt, everyone was sweaty and tired after, and commented that it was the best party ever. Staff throughout the jump area were friendly. Two that really stood out was the gentleman who was manning the jousting pit (he encouraged me and my 9 year old daughter to try it out, and I had a blast getting knocked off) and the gentleman manning the dodge ball area, who was also the same guy who told us the rules (he gave our group almost 15 full minutes of dodge ball, and the kids were loving it).

Just before 7:00 I went to go see about our party room, and somewhat got shown to our room. The hostess was in and out so quick that I didn't catch her name, nor did she see if there was anything else we needed.

She did stop long enough to ask when I was paying, and I said when the party is complete. As I had been told I could do that by the other desk staff.

Halfway through our room time, I had to go in search of someone to see about plates, forks and such for cake. Not thrilled. The pizzas we ordered were quite good, and hot. Pop was great. Room was clean, although the smell is quite potent.

When we still had about 10 minutes left, she started resetting for the next party. It was incredibly rude considering how much I paid to be in there. And before we had even left the room she started spraying down the tables. The smell was so strong that it made my daughter queezy and she had to go sit outside the room.

While I was in the middle of ushering 9 kids out of the room she again asked me to come pay, but wasn't exactly friendly about it; and clearly didn't care that 1) she was interrupting me when I was talking to my kids, or 2) my hands were a little full at the moment, and 3) I still had time in that room that she was pushing me out of.

The package I paid for included an one hour jump time, 40 minutes in the party room, two pizzas, three pops, socks for everyone, and special gift for the guest of honour. I don't even know what that special gift is, because it was never offered nor mentioned. And I didn't get 40 minutes of the party room, because I was pretty much pushed out of it.

Would I ever take my kids again? Probably, they had a blast, but I probably would not book a party again after the experience I had. It works out to just over $29 a person for a party there. I can get an one hour jump and socks for less, and then take the kids out for pizza afterwards, and overall pay a lot less.

"We don't just want you to have the best birthday party or event you've ever had - and trust us, it will be - we also want it to be the easiest. Our staff is here to handle the details so you can focus on having a great time." That's what they're website says under parties...they may want to remind their employee of that. Honestly, I'd love to give more stars, but your employee who was supposed to be running the party didn't leave a good impression. I don't even...

DO NOT HAVE YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE AT ALL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AT ALL COSTS. it's like the more you come here, you can actually see that this place likes grabbing money for a poor experience. i went here for a birthday party and it totally sucks here. i wouldn't recommended for some reasons below

1: they expect you to eat cake, eat their weirdly tasting pizza and open gifts within 40 MINS. how can you expect little kids aged probably 2-5 to eat cake that fast. that's just how you trigger yourself to throw up. plus, little kids have a hard time sitting cause they wanna move around. i wouldn't even feed the cheese off of that pizza to a homeless dog, THAT'S how terrible it was. i don't even know how i ate that pizza myself.

2: once your time limit is up for the room, they want to throw you out almost instantly giving you no time to pack up, get the younger kids ready or anything like that. on top of that, the room wasn't even decorated and there was barely any plates. they did get more but the room didnt even look like it was for a party, it looked like it was a school cafe. the room was delayed but they are so quick to throw you out once they get your $400 - $700 dollars. they were late to set up the room which caused us to wait for nearly 30 mins

3: they NEED to create a space for little kids. there was this big guy, adult sized (not trying to body shame) that kept throwing himself all over the trampoline spaces and the walls like a crazy person willingly knowing there are little kids around him. yes, i get your trying to be funny but at least be considerate for others around you? staff did talk to him but he just continue to do it again right after they left. i got worried for my cousin and my nephew since they are small and if they were to get hit, they would get seriously hurt.

4: the place smells like BO once you walk around the ninja warrior course. i can't really say the same for anywhere else but that area smells like people don't bathe or shower.

5: as soon as the time was up, they randomly came in the room, took the juice and started spraying cleaning stuff around the little kids which made me concerned cause clearly they are going to breathe that in. the juice was in pitchers, not even in cans or anything which was a little bit weird in my opinion. it tastes funny too. the apple juice flat out tasted like water

don't bring your younger kids here because staff kinda don't care about them. i've seen younger kids get bumped into by some older people (adults and teenagers) and they don't even say sorry or check if they are alright. skyzone needs better management and consideration for their younger jumpers which are clearly bringing in money more than any other visitor who pay. also stop throwing out people from their parties, yall have been doing that for years (as you can see in the reviews). have some consideration for the parents who have younger ones.

i don't care if the owner responds or try to sugarcoat anything. i said what i said. this place is trash. it's better to bring your kids to funvilla or go bananas (if your kid is interested in climbing stuff then go bananas is really good and better to spend your money at).

tl;dr (too long, didnt read): no time to have an actual party, pizza tastes horrible and quality is low, dont bring younger ones here and party...
