Restaurant Levina — Restaurant in Lévis

Two things surprised me here.

This soup is really really salty. It’s like you accidentally poured the whole box of salt into it. We did not really complain, just told the server. And after checking with their chef, they decided to tell us that is always like that. It’s our taste. There were 3 of us. And we all agreed that. It’s F salty. So they actually confirm it’s always like that lol. Make sure don’t eat or order this. Other stuff was just fine. Not wow me.

Another thing is the price is higher than I thought. And surprisingly, there were busy at dinner time. Then i think wow!!! people are rich here. Lol We spent almost 40$ each and well speechless.

Also the generous quantities, here is a story; We took the gastronomique 1 pour deux. After the main course, we thought we where done, almost full just enough place for the dessert, but nooo... BOOM they drop another plate full of goodness on the table... Believe me, You Will Eat It All, because its simply too good!

As a dessert i strongly recommend one of the begniet ( fresh fried doughnuts with a slice of fresh fruit in side) its freaking amazing.

The prices a very reasonable! That may be the beast feature of this restaurant. The food though, seem to suffer from the low price. My Thai soup had a taste of canned tomato soup, my main dish, the pad Thai was ok, but the desert, a caramel flan, was definitely burnt. The caramel was bitter and the flan was over cooked.
