Jacques Cartier Pizza - La Prairie — Restaurant in La Prairie

I love the pizza from Jacques Cartier; I always love ordering from them. However, they’ve previously made mistakes on my orders on two different occasions and it wasn’t too bad.

However tonight, I decided to treat myself and my family and ordered pizza for my birthday.

One pizza, all dress, came with no pepperonis. Another came with no sauce. Our fries all taste like someone dumb vinegar on them. The submarine had an over cooked bread and was extremely dry. The club sandwich was barely toasted and soggy. Completely disgusting.

I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of effort the kitchen staff seem to have.

And to top off everything, it seems to be an argument with the receptionist regarding the errors on the order.

Thank you Jacques Cartier pizza for ruining my birthday dinner and making our family evening a completely disaster.

Place was empty but busy for take outs. We waited 25 minutes, not a problem.

The service was ok, order was taken Familial Special and brought to the table. 2 Pepsi, 1 fry and 1 14 inches pizza.

Pizza looked bad and showing signs that it waited for a while before being served. Cheese was not hot and quite "SET".

Also, to our surprise for a 14 inches pizza, 2 inches "on the diameter" had nothing on it, just a crust that has been hammered I would say. It really looked like they put toppings for a 12'' on a 14''...

The fries were dark brown and just not edible. Usually you can get golden crisp fries.

I am disappointed, I am a regular at this location but always do take out. I do not recommend this location based on what I was served last night. Total let down.

If there was such thing as a 0 star that’s what I would give this restaurant.

I overpaid (30.95$) for a large “all dressed” pizza, and received a flimsy, soggy, thin, pizza without mushrooms and barely 1/2 a with of pepper per slice.

I then called the restaurant to try and see if we could do something about my disappointment. After waiting over an hour for my pizza and then waiting another 5 minutes on hold, I was told the proposed solution is to give back my already delivered disgusting pizza, and then wait over an hour for a new one to be delivered.
