The customer service was awful, the dude had a sassy attitude, he was so kind and smiley for the others but when it came to me he seemed annoyed, he was really the worst, he couldn’t even properly answer to my simple questions, and he was really deaf, he didn’t even get my order right, and he also forgot to give me sum of the food I order, and when I told him about it, he accused me of stealing, I also realized that Tim Horton have change the portion of their food, it’s so freaking small, couldn’t even full me, it was barely the size of my palm, such a scam, anyways, man all I gotta say is this place is not it and I don’t...

Customer service is absolutely awful. The cashier couldn’t answer my very simple questions in a proper manner, instead, gave me attitude. What’s worse, he even got my order wrong then followed by blaming me (the customer) for not being “specific” when I named the exact name of the products as it was written on the menu. I specifically told him that and then he started giving me excuses instead of apologizing. I kindly requested for my receipt and he ignored me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was my first time and will definitely be my last time...

I came around noon, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The man at the counter was very rude while training a new employee. He kept telling us to slow down as we ordered and didn’t even give me a chance to respond to her. On top of that, he got all of our orders wrong. He wasn’t even a manager, so I don’t understand why he was speaking to customers this way. Meanwhile, the employees in the back were so loud that we could barely hear ourselves.
