Omgosh, where to begin for my first and LAST experience. Arrived at 19h00. The drive thru was backed up, so I parked and went inside to order. BIG mistake.
Apparently the branch had a staff activity that day. Some valuable advise to owner/ person in charge. Great you have a staff activity for whatever reason. Then CLOSE the branch down for that day. Post a notice the week before for clients. It is better to close for a day, rather than have a your staff who are stuck in the disaster shift, short staff, drive thru beyond busy, line up at counter. The staff was overwhelmed and unorganized. The printer wasn't working to order. Do you not train your staff to fix the printer?? Would have solved a simple problem not to lead into bigger issues. The manager that evening, Marie, with black glasses. Unprofessional, rude, unresponsive to clients. Teens out of uniform walking behind the counter. If they were to fall behind the counter when they are NOT punched in to work, injury is not covered, etc etc.
If staff had a post that shift. . . One at the counter, did the drinks, smoothies, ice cream etc, one at drive thru, back, and then a shadow, might had worked better. Staff need to be...

We thought that all the workers had a net to hold their hair, how come a piece of long hair was stuck in a burger? This is a no no for us. We stopped eating it and had to through the burger away and order from another restaurant. It was such an hassle. Read moreNever back to this Macdonald again. We had one delivery order at Friday night. I know they might very busy, but I don’t know I need to wait 75 minutes to receive my order. And this order is a wrong one. I have to go back to change it. Even all my kids are very hungry.
After I arrived, I wait 2-3 minutes before front desk, but nobody answer me. I have to speak loudly, then there is a girl come to talk to me. She Just ask me don’t speak too loudly.
