McDonald's — Restaurant in Labrador City

I was just at our local McDonald’s in Labrador city and to say I’m not impressed is an understatement. I placed my order at the speaker now I do have the app, but I didn’t wanna do a mobile order. They asked me for my code for collecting points, gave it to them. When I got to the window to pay for my order, they told me my order was already paid for. Taken back I asked how was my order paid for when I haven’t been to the window yet. You paid for it on the app they said . I said no I did not. I said I ordered it at the speaker and they charged my credit card that I have on the app for when I do a mobile order which I haven’t done in a long time because it’s quicker to go in order and wait 20 minutes to get your food . Who gave McDonald’s permission to use my credit card number to pay for an order that I was actually paying for at the window this is not right. The food is always... well it’s what you would expect from McDonalds. The only problems are the wait times (because there’s ALWAYS someone ordering WAY too much food during dinner and it just slows everything down), and how RUDE some people are toward the philippino employees! Very rarely is anything ever actually the employees’ fault; it’s always just some overly-dramatic IOC employee throwing a tantrum because he doesn’t know how to scrape a pickle off one of his 10 mcdoubles!

Service can be slow due to lack of staff. Preference seems to go to the Drive-Thru in the mornings so it's likely faster to wait in your vehicle than to go inside. I find that the crew making your coffee do things totally separately from those making your food, and I once had both my food waiting for my coffee and my coffee waiting for my food. In other words, my completed order sat in their respective places for a few minutes before it was handed to me.

Overall, it's a fast food joint that needs more people. Food is fast food, service...
