Buster's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Lake District

I called in to order pizza,was put on hold for about 4-5 minutes, no problem maybe there where busy. I tried to order an offer on there website ( 2 meal deal) they said no its an old add from last month and its coming off, this was on the 14th of august. I order it online no problem,got a message asking please call the store to confirm the order. I got the notification my credit card was charged and so i called they said they never recieved my order. Maybe an issue with the website so I said this is what I ordered and was charged I can show you when I pick it up. They refused to make my food, the manager came on and was pretty rude about the whole thing. After we talked for about 10 minutes I said ok whatever I will contact head office about the refund since you cant see it. I then asked if I can just get what I ordered online ill come and pay again in house. The manager said yes hands the phone to the other guy i tell him what i wanted donair pizza and wings. He then told me its $45 bucks I explained the order online came to $24. I then waited on hold for another 5 minutes for them to say thats the price. I started to get mad now at this point and said forget the pizza just give me the head office phone number which then another guy came on the phone and said if you want to call head office google it yourself. I have ordered form here since the opened it was great the pizza was good food was good. Place has gone way down hill and is being run by a bunch of people there dont care about the customers at all. Any mistake they make is on you. I will never order from here again and I will tell everyone I know never to eat here as...

I ordered 3 large pizzas last week at 167 Ave and 82 st location. 2 of them were good, and one of them was dry. I called them right after we finished our dinner, about 45 mins after we picked up the pizzas (we only took 2 pieces of the pizza that was dry). I told the staff everything was good except one was dry. He told me everything was made fresh, I told him I believe they made fresh, but maybe that was overcooked. Then, he asked me what I would like to do. I told him, I can being him back the pizza, and he could give me a credit or money back. He told me he had to talk to his manager but he wasn't there . So, he took my phone number and name, and he told me the manager would give me a call that night. At about 8pm, I called again because I thought if they wanted the pizza back, I had better bring it back before they closed. Once again, the manager wasn't there, and I was told he would call me back the next day. Now, I waited a week, no call. Very bad service. Congratulations, you saved maybe $15.
