Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lakeshore

I ordered 3 pizza’s, bread and wings last Friday. I got there 7 minutes before my estimated time for pick up and my order was already sitting there waiting. I gave my name to the guy who said it had just come out. Then a female employee who was on the phone handed it to the guy I was talking to. He proceeded to take the call and leave me their waiting. A second male employee came and stood beside the one on the phone, doing nothing. I saw 2 others just walking around in the back. After 3-4 minutes of waiting, I asked if that order on the rack was my order, just sitting there getting cold. The second guy said yes it was. Another 2-3 minutes past before the first guy got off the phone and walked over to the rack. He then said my order was under the heat lamp. (However you can see in the photo it is not turned on, so it’s not doing my order any good) he then took his cell phone out of his pocket to text someone. My 16 yr son and I were shocked. From the time I walked in, to the time I was back in my car, was 13 minutes. Never the less my entire order was room temperature at best by the time we got home, only a few street over.

We have also ordered from them on 3 other occasions. Each one of them our order has been messed up. No attention to detail and terrible customer service. Very...

I called and asked if they delivered to St. Joachim … when they said yes … I ordered a large Hawaiin Pizza, a dozen Medium Wings and a cold pop.

When the gentleman who answered the phone said ‘we will be there in 20-30 min’, I responded to take their time as it was a very cold and snowy night.

I was pleasantly surprised when my food showed up approx 22 min later. The delivery guy was happy faced and polite.

In today’s day and age, I was impressed by this local pizza establishment. This is how a business should be ran. The food was hot and delicious.

So upset,usually our pizzas are perfect.Last night we ordered an extra 1 cause we wanted 1 for breakfast today.We ordered 3 in total 1 double pepperoni and 2 extra cheese with pepperoni. My grandson is the 1 that wanted pizza for breakfast and he doesn't eat Bacon. To our surprise this morning the 1 he saved was not his double cheese,it was just Bacon and pepperoni..
