How can Tim Horton manage to do this? I’ve been a regular customer at Tim Hortons for years, but lately, I’ve been ordering espresso almost daily for the past month. I have to say, the quality of the espresso is very inconsistent. I’ve ordered it 15-16 times, and not once have I received the same tasting cup. It’s puzzling—does Tim Hortons follow different recipes for espresso at each location, or is there a communication gap in how it’s made?
To be clear, this isn’t a complaint about service; the staff has always been polite, and I appreciate their efforts. But as a coffee lover, it’s frustrating to never know what to expect when you’re ordering the same drink. Consistency is key in coffee, and that’s something that seems to be missing here.
I’m not someone who enjoys being critical or rude—that’s not why I’m writing this. I just think it’s important for the staff, owner, and management to know that consistency matters to customers. Many of us don’t speak up because we don’t want to seem mean or make anyone’s day worse, but at the same time, we leave feeling disappointed.

Every single day they mess up my order somehow, usually missing an item or two. I have finally had enough of it, so I am finally writing a review. The store manager "Genevieve" is one of the worst employees there when it comes to order correctness. There are many great employees at the store so I can't complain about everyone, but there a few employees INCLUDING the store manager who are just at a different level of incompetence. There have been multiple times where I try to get the item I didn't originally receive by going inside. Read moreI love this location it’s convenient for work and usually quick and great. The last few times I have been going I always ask for my bagel cut, cuz it’s hard to drive and eat a whole bagel. They never cut it anymore and I go to other locations and never have this problem. Also they add wayyyyy too much chocolate milk to my iced capps (I get iced Capps made with chocolate milk) it always appears to be like over half the cup of chocolate milk and barely any coffee/iced Capp. Other locations always make it perfect to the line where it’s supposed to be.
