Allô mon Coco — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I was there to pick up some food for delivery. As I walked in, I was greeted by the hostess. I promptly showed her my phone with the Uber order ID and customer name. The hostess told me the food was ready for pickup at the cook’s counter and asked me to go a take it. I walked over, saw a single on the counter order with the customer’s name on it and proceeded to take it. At that moment, the cook caught me off guard yelling “whoa whoa, you cannot just walk up and take anything you want. There are names for each order.” There was a single order on the counter and the name and order ID matched what was on my phone. I explained that the name matched what I had, and that the hostess instructed me to take it. The cook then again said “you cannot just walk up and grab it.” I again explained that the hostess (who was standing right beside me) was the one who directed me and pointed out the order and that I was following her direction. The cook mocked me and proceeded to say, “ok there big guy”. I took the order and proceeded to walk out. The cook then made snarky remark to his coworkers and they had a laugh at me. Very unprofessional and rude employees. Zero stars and will be reporting the behavior to head office as well as this is not a way to treat people who assist your business in completing orders...

The service was good but everything else was lacking. Compared to it other locations this place is run down, neglected and beyond outdated. There was one high chair which was in use so they could only provide a booster seat which is not a safe option for regular chairs so we switch to a 'banquette'. The bottoms of which were so worn out some of them were destroyed and had been replaced but only some not all which gives an over all aweful look. The food was better then the place looked which with a franchise you expect a certain standard level and they didnt completely meet. My danish was more burnt then need be and the portions were not on par with franchise standards but all the fruit was ripe and sweet which was nice. Considering this location is 2nd only to the flagship location on Samson its hard to believe its an allo mon coco at all .. for somewhere that charges 16$ for eggs you expect more...

Let me start this off by saying I run my own business and I pride myself in customer service being the number one thing. I have guests in from out of town and we stayed at a hotel nearby that referred us to allo mon coco on dagenais let me start off by saying the service was horrendous and when I received my eggs just egg whites they were not cooked I spoke to the Cook he made me new ones the waiters response to me was do you want me to cook them more to the eggs that were already on my plate never have I ever been offered to recook the food that is on my plate and to top it all off at the end of my friend's daughter drinking her chocolate milk we found hair at the bottom of her glass their response was what do you...
