This is actually impressive. I've never left a 1 star review before so that's quite a feat. If your goal is to be incredibly frustrated and wait 30 minutes for the wrong order (if they even have what you want) then you're at the right place, otherwise, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
No matter what time of day if it's busy or not, this Tim Hortons will be slow AF. Also expect that your order is wrong and that half the stuff on the menu is not available. It's only still there because of the convenient location.
I know a few people who have tried to get potatoes and soups from here but they never have them or it's only chicken soup. I've tried to get oatmeal or yogourt before and they were out of stock, so I tried later in the week and still none as in, someone isn't doing a good job and checking inventory and ordering in time.
It's really impressively bad. To the point that I've written the Tim Hortons HQ to share this info because it's really not up to par with other Tim Hortons properly run. By the way, this is over the course of 3 years.....

So I repeated my order… again she couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder. I asked for a box of donuts & After saying she couldn’t hear me for the fourth time she litteraly growled at me like an animal. Read moreI placed an order through the Timehorton app. Despite the supposed opening time, neither the restaurant nor the drive-through had any staff present (20h40). To add to the frustration, the app went ahead and charged me for the order even though the service was unavailable.
Attempting to resolve the issue, I contacted Timehorton the following day at 14:00, only to be informed that there was still no one available to address my concern.
